I am a multifaceted teaching artist. Art workshops can include drawing, painting, collage, metal embossing, clay, and so much more. I collaborate with the school and the community to satisfy their needs, whether that be offering a purely visual art-making experience or reinforcing and solidifying learning, offering opportunities for well-being, and tapping into school-wide yearly objectives like racism, anti-bully, and positive character traits.
Creative Approach and Experiences Offered
Upcycled art, clay sculpture, painting, oil pastel, dry pastel, art journaling, manga, printmaking, and metal embossing,Themes are based on animals, identity, geography, history, character traits, and all other themes deemed important in your school.
Have an idea, let's collaborate!
Learning is not a passive process. I awaken minds by encouraging discussion, questions, performance, and imagination. There is more to be learned by doing than by watching. It is through the discovery of manipulating materials and techniques that the student truly learns. Finally, finished works need to be displayed, shared, and celebrated.
I want to have a lasting impact on my students. I want them to acquire techniques and an openness that they can apply to other disciplines and their lives.
