NATURE JOURNALING with Rebecca Soulis

Nature journaling is a playful practice that encourages wonder and exploration of the natural world. Through a simple format of writing and drawing ideas about nature, students develop a positive connection with the environment while combining art and science. This practice helps students attune observation skills, inspire creativity, and record ideas and explanations on paper. Learning the methods of a field naturalist is simple and can aid with information retention and create links between classroom learning and nature.
