• The Artist fee for stand-alone $1500 School grant will typically include the following:
    • at least one planning conversation between the Artist and the school
    • a total of about 6 to 10 hours of live (or virtual) workshop sessions for a minimum of 2 classes over a minimum of 2 days- please note that this is flexible and will be determined by the Artist in the school at the planning stage
    • any required follow-up documents provided by the Artist
  • The Artist fee for $1500 School grant and One Day Event for a total value of $3000 will typically include the following:
    • at least one planning conversation between the Artist and the school
    • a total of about 6 to 10 hours of live (or virtual) workshop sessions for a minimum of 2 classes – please note that this is flexible and will be determined by the Artist in the school at the planning stage
    • any required follow-up documents provided by the Artist
    • a One Day Event appropriate to the artist’s discipline. In the case of performance-based events, Artists are required to provide a minimum of 2 X 45-minute performances with 15-minute Artist talks
    • In total, plan for 6 to 10 hours of live workshop sessions over at least 2 days, and, with an optional add-on of a One Day event, a total of at least 3 days of creative experiences.
  • Materials expenses – up to $300 including taxes from the $1500 School Grant, and up to another $300 including taxes for the One Day Event add-on. Please note that should the materials be purchased by the Artist using a portion of the grant, the number of workshops with students will likely decrease slightly.
