i'm a twin (non-identical), a taurus and a mixed media collage artist
Inspired by surrealism, my collages often feature bodies, landscapes or references to nature using painting and drawing media. Since 2013 I have been privileged to facilitate art workshops in high schools in Tiohtiá:ke/Montreal and Northern First Nations communities.
I have a BFA in Film Production so when i'm not collaging you can find me on a film set.

Creative Approach and Experiences Offered

Since 2013, I've been offering workshops that are collaborative with teachers and tailored to the needs of the class and curriculum.

Over the years i have facilitated workshops on:

-mixed media collages, with photo transfers (gel medium and tape) and 2D media
(on paper, canvas, wood panel)

-mixed media collages with photo transfers, embroidery, stencil, 3D media
(collaborative quilt, tshirt design, cloth bags)

-product photography and photoshop, to create a poster
(graphic design, typography, PSA campaign)

-shadowbox/diorama making, with collage, found objects

-printmaking (gel plates + lino cutting) with collage

-collaborative projects with literary artists/ELA classes
