Laurence Dea Dionne seems like a confident and driven professional comic artist (with a killer work ethic), but deep down, struggles with self-esteem and general acceptance of life. They survive by telling stories with pictures and sometimes words, about the importance of wellness and escaping daily pressures. Their favorite color is the golden glow that wheat fields get in the late afternoon sun before a storm. They like to share these things with youth while creating community-based comics.
