HAND-BUILDING WITH CLAY with Stéphanie Jones
Working with clay is a creative challenge that helps us connect with our doubts and vulnerabilities. In a relaxed and playful context, the child must call upon decision-making skills and inner resources to give shape to a piece that will progressively lead them to a sense of accomplishment. The first workshop will be dedicated to hand-building and the second workshop will be all about applying underglazes. If desired by the teacher, the artist may also be present a third time to give out the finished pieces and help facilitate a moment to share the stories of our pieces in the making.
Materials: The artist will supply the materials needed.
