I've been studying and practicing breaking for over 10 years and continue training.
Breaking teaches me courage, determination and a better self-esteem. I've traveled to the United States, France, Holland and Hong Kong.
I compete in battles, busking and organise Break the Plateau a competition for the new generation.
I also participated in tv shows, tours, worked with Cirque du Soleil and last year his group was chosen to represent Canada at Jeux de la Francophonie.

Creative Approach and Experiences Offered
My workshops are designed to introduce participants to the world of breaking and make them curious about it. I approach them in a respectful, humorous way. I also leave room for individual and team choreography, as well as spontaneous improvisation of the moves learned.For me, music plays an essential role and i accord a particular importance to it.
Open-mindedness and different approaches are encouraged, so that everyone can fully express themselves !
Example of a workshop :
Historical overview
Warm-up exercises and demonstration by the artist
Learning of basic breaking movements and transitions from one movement to another.
Creation (Working in teams or solo, students create a short, original choreographic phrase or unique movement sequence using their imagination).
Presentation in front of the group for participants who wish to do so, and conclusion.
The workshop is adapted to the age of the participants, their physical abilities and their school level.
