David 'Dvd' Michel is a Montreal-based breaking artist, choreographer, performer, and educator. A co-founder of Nu.Skin, he has performed with Révolution, Cirque du Soleil's Vive nos divas, and at festivals across Canada. With over 10 years of teaching experience, he leads inclusive workshops that blend breaking, creativity, and hip hop culture. Students build confidence, teamwork, resilience, and self-expression while discovering the joy of movement.

Creative Approach and Experiences Offered

My workshops introduce students to breaking through movement, creativity, and collaboration. Students learn foundational techniques such as top rock, footwork, freezes, transitions, and freestyle while developing rhythm, coordination, and confidence.
Through creative challenges, improvisation, and group activities, participants build teamwork, communication, and self-expression. I share the history and values of hip hop culture, emphasizing respect, unity, perseverance, and creativity.
Each workshop is adapted to the age and experience of the group, creating an inclusive environment where students can explore movement, express themselves, and discover their artistic potential.
