Hello! I'm an actor, writer, director, choreographer, and stage combat teacher! I've worked with multiple High Schools and Colleges across Ontario, facilitating workshops for teens and young adults, offering an action-packed exploration of the fundamentals of public speaking, devised theatre, and stage combat. Focused on confidence, creativity, and respect, my sessions help students grow as performers, communicators, and collaborators in a safe, inclusive space. I hope to meet you soon!

Creative Approach and Experiences Offered

🎬 Scene Creation & Devised Theatre

Students will work together to create short scenes from prompts, themes, or social topics! This workshop will start with a variety of theatre games - teaching improvisation, collaboration, and clarity with body & voice - which finalizes in a cumulative event where the students can showcase their new acting skills in their very own devised work. The focus throughout the course will be on creativity, confidence, teamwork, respect, and imagination.

⚔️ Stage Combat

Students will learn the fundamentals of safe, choreographed combat for theatrical purposes, while building trust, focus, and physical awareness! Students will explore a variety of techniques and will be given simple steps for safe, repeatable movements that tell a story. At the end of our sessions, they'll be able to perform a short stage combat scene with confidence and clarity. This workshop is run with a large emphasis on safety, listening, consent, and communication.
