THE ART OF COLOURING WITH WORDS with Svens Telemaque
Join us for an inspiring workshop that bridges the gap between who we are and the best version of ourselves through the transformative power of Spoken Word. This immersive series will connect students in a collaborative classroom environment, exploring diverse writing prompts and techniques that ignite creativity, challenge self-perception, and rebuild sound self-esteem. Participants will not only familiarize themselves with the art of poetry but also gain confidence in using it as a powerful channel of expression. Together, we will delve into the origins of poetry, uncover the fundamentals of crafting it, and discover how it can heal, entertain, advocate, and articulate our deepest sentiments. The workshop will culminate in performances or recorded readings, allowing students to convey their ideas with power and poise. Tailored to fit the themes you may be covering in your classroom, this program values your input and adapts its pace to meet your students’ needs
