I’m a visual artist working at the intersection of art and ecology. I work with ecological materials—like plants, sunshine and found objects—to create art that reflects on environmental change and renewal. I’m passionate about sharing my process through workshops and community projects that invite others to slow down, observe, and create with care. Art, for me, is a way to reconnect—with each other and with the natural world.
Creative Approach and Experiences Offered
The following workshops are available:Cyanotype
-alternative photography on paper or cloth, exposed in light boxes or under the sun
Monotype printmaking
-I am a printmaker by training and use up-cycled materials and water-based inks
Land art
-group or individual work made outdoors with found natural materials
Collage
-a great medium for recycling
Artist Trading Cards
-like hockey cards but for artists (a project started by Swiss artist M. Vänçi Stirnemann)
