First, the participants will learn through`with/from/about the anatomical, symbolic and “felt sense” of the heart.
Next, with a body scan we will accent the dominant pulse of the music with all the different parts of our bodies. Then we will play an improvisational game and create a short dance together through a common groove. Throughout this process, we will make links between the beat of our hearts and the music, find our own personal groove as well as bask in the joy of dancing to music together.
