Learn about composition, shading and volume by drawing the cosmos – planets, asteroids, rockets, UFOs – and make your own universe! Students will make a unique composition of various sized circles on a piece of paper. They will then use drawing techniques to transform flat circles into round spheres. Other shapes may be added, and shading techniques will add to your drawing in creating the depth of an endless sky.
