I graduated from The Dome Theatre (Dawson College) in 1978 and worked as a professional actor and director for the next 15 years. I acted and directed for Geordie Productions,Youtheatre and Black Theatre Workshop I've also led theatre workshops for young people at Centre d'Art de Preville. Most recently I've been directing the annual holiday pantomime in Hudson.Won a META for Hudson Player's Club production of Balconville in 2016.Directed world premiere of Fessenden Follies in 2017.

Creative Approach and Experiences Offered

Although formally trained in theatre, in recent years, i have directed several multi-disciplinary shows. In Fessenden Follies by David Fennario, we developed the show through text, dance, music and song, all set as a Steampunk Revue. A whole musical score was created along with the dance. For the Pantos I have directed, there has always been a live band and lots of choreography. The annual Holiday Pantomime is a Community driven production with people from age 5-75 participating. We always have 2 casts, and some years we've had up to 50 children in the show. It's really about bringing the community together through fun times!
